Returns & Exchange policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! We understand that buying online can sometimes be challenging. If for some reasons the item(s) you purchased is damaged or differs from your order, simply get your product(s) back to us within 30 calendar days of receipt for a total exchange or store credit.
How to return your product(s)
- Send an email to email@example.com with the following title in your e-mail: “damaged product(s)” or “wrong item delivered” depending on what is applicable. Describe the damage(s) or issue(s) related to the product(s) and attach clear picture(s) showing the damage(s) or issue(s) in question. We will come back to you within 5 business days in order to approve the claim or not.
- If the claim made is approved, the product(s) need to be received by us within 21 days from the date of the approved claim.
- The return items need to be in the original packaging, un-used with tags still on and must not fall under the list of non-refundable items click here (earrings, swimwear, designer bags,…)
- Neatly place the product(s) back in their packaging.
- Fill out the « Return Form » (placed in the package you received) and put it back in the package. If your Return Form has been misplaced, you may click here to download a copy of it.
- Also include your receipt in the package.

- You can send back your item(s) with the mail courier of your choice.
Shipping charges for returns
- Unfortunately, we regret to inform our customers that shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are a cost incurred to ship your item. However if the items are considered defective or incorrect, we will refund your shipping costs upon receipt of the good.
- Shipping for returns to our Company is the responsibility of the client. We recommend shipping your package via an insured or traceable method, in order to ensure a safe and documented delivery to our warehouse. Because delivery of a return is outside of our control, we may not be responsible for returned packages that get lost in transit.
What to expect after we receive your return request
- Exchange requests are processed within 3 business days of receiving your item in our processing center.
- You will receive an email notification once the exchange has been shipped.
- International exchanges may be subject to additional shipping charges. In the event if an item you requested for an exchange is back-ordered, we will notify you of the possible delay via email.
- Every order is eligible for 3 exchanges transactions. Once the customer has reached their exchange limit for their new order, the exchanged item will be final sale.
- Store credits are valid for one year from order date.
- To redeem your store credit, simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and one of the representatives will be happy to assist you.
Buying items on clearance / sale
- Clearance (or sale) items are only available for exchange or store credit. Unfortunately, no refunds may be granted on these items due to the discounts that are already provided upon purchase. Make sure you get your clearance item back to us within 21 days from your receipt date in order to process your exchange request.
- Clearance items labeled as “final sale” are final sale. It means no returns will be accepted for these items (so no refund, no exchange, and no store credit).
Once an order is placed, we immediately start processing it. The order may not be cancelled once it has been shipped. The item must instead be returned to our company according to guidelines.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on Thai Fashion Design’s website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
Out of stock
While we do our best to keep our inventory updated at all times, there may be instances when an item you order may not be available, in which case we will notify you via e-mail with alternate choices.
List of non-refundable items
Please note that we don’t accept the return in the following cases
1) Items those were used or worn. —>Underwear, Swimwear —>Shoes, Sandals, Sneakers
（returnable if tried on indoors） —>SALE Items
2) Merchandise without its case, package, tag, other included items, warranty, certificate, or part of set items
* If returning a set item, please return all the items/pieces included in the set. Return of a part of set is not accepted.
3) Merchandise that has been adjusted or cleaned by the Customer.
4) Merchandise that has been soiled or damaged by the Customer.
5) Merchandise that has been kept unclaimed for more than 30 days after receipt without any compelling reasons.
