- At Asia Fashion Design Co., Ltd. (owner of Thai Fashion Design), we aim to keep shipping as cheap and fuss-free as possible. And more importantly, we understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process and deliver your orders as soon as we can.
Free shipping offer
- We offer free shipping for all ground shipments made in Thailand for orders over 500 Baht and not exceeding 1 kg per item ordered.
- If you need express service or International delivery please refer to the shipping guide below. For each item ordered, we will directly send you an estimate of the cost related to the shipping. This cost will be calculated in the final price during the payment process.
- If products are returned for any reason and the amount of the items purchased (and kept) are below the free shipping level, regular standard shipping fees will be applicable.
Delivery time
Normal Shipping:
- Delivery time will depend on:Once orders are placed, they need to be processed before they are shipped out. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. We strive to ship out orders as soon as possible after the orders are received.
- The type of shipping required: standard or express
- The country where the item(s) ordered have to be delivered
- The product availability (in stock or not): when you confirm your order, we will send you a notification e-mail that will confirm when the product(s) orders can be shipped.
- The payment verification: after we send you the notification e-mail to confirm your order and product availability, we will verify your payment and send you a payment confirmation by e-mail.
- Orders received during holidays will be shipped the next working day. International delivery depends on each country's customs clearance.
- Orders placed using a credit card with an International billing address go through a fraud verification system. You may experience a few days delay in your shipment.
- For delivery in Thailand (local shipment): If, after 7 days from the date of payment, you have not received your package, please email us at customerservice@thaifashiondesign.com.
- For delivery outside Thailand (international shipment): If, after 7 to 21 days from the date of payment, you have not received your package, please email us at customerservice@thaifashiondesign.com.
- Thai Fashion Design is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (force majeure such as abnormal weather, natural disasters or unusual circumstances such as malfunctioning customs in the recipient country, etc…).

Standard Shipping:
- Local shipment to Thailand: If ground standard shipping is required within Thailand, we work with the ThailandPost - EMS. You will be provided with a delivery number where you will be able to track your order at track.thailandpost.co.th - Our Company makes every effort to deliver your order via Thailand Post. If your package has not arrived within 3-7 days, please contact us or track the status of your product(s) at track.thailandpost.co.th by entering your delivery number. Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your product(s) to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation. If no-one is available to take delivery of your product(s), our carrier (Thailand Post) will leave a card so you can pick-up your product(s) from your local Post Office. We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your product(s) to you within 7-21 days; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. Title and risk of loss to all product(s) will pass to you at the time of the delivery.
- International shipment outside Thailand: we work with the ThailandPost - EMS. You will be provided with a delivery number where you will be able to track your order at track.thailandpost.co.th - Our Company makes every effort to deliver your order via Thailand Post. If your package has not arrived within 7-21 days, please contact us or track the status of your product(s) at track.thailandpost.co.th by entering your delivery number. Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your product(s) to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation. If no-one is available to take delivery of your product(s), our carrier (Thailand Post) or their local affiliates will leave a card so you can pick-up your product(s) from your local Post Office. Express Shipping:
If express shipping is required, we work with DHL. You will be provided with a waybill number(s). Our Company makes every effort to deliver your product(s) via DHL. If your shipment has not arrived within 7-10 days, please contact us or you can track the status of your product at where you will be able to track your order at www.dhl.co.th to track your shipment. Enter the waybill number(s) to receive status updates throughout the shipping process. Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your product(s) to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation. We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your product(s) to you within 7-10 days; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. Title and risk of loss to all product(s) will pass to you on delivery.
